An absolutely unforgettable journey — thank you, Brazil Exclusive Travels!

From the very first email to the final goodbye, planning our trip with Brazil Exclusive Travels was a genuine pleasure, and we could not recommend them more highly. Our three-week journey across Brazil — the Lençóis Maranhenses, Salvador de Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, Angra dos Reis, the Iguaçu Falls and the Pantanal — was organized flawlessly from start to finish.

A very special thank-you goes to Vincent Droesbeke, our travel consultant, who looked after us with extraordinary care both before and during the trip. He crafted an itinerary that balanced adventure, culture, nature and pure relaxation perfectly, and not a single detail was left to chance. He even came to welcome us in person when we landed in Rio — a thoughtful, personal touch that meant a great deal to us — and surprised us with a wonderful room upgrade on top of it.

Every transfer, flight and connection ran perfectly, and each local guide and driver was outstanding: knowledgeable, warm and genuinely passionate about their country. The experiences they arranged were once-in-a-lifetime — a scenic flight over the Lençóis, the Iguaçu Falls from both the Brazilian and Argentine sides, and, the highlight of them all, watching a female jaguar and her cub play at sunset in the Pantanal.

Thank you, Vincent and the entire BET team, for turning our dream of Brazil into reality. We will treasure these memories forever — and we will be back!

Ilaria & Cristiano

We entrusted Camille and her agency, Brazil Exclusive Travels, with organizing four weeks in Brazil as part of our three-month trip to South America, and everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Her advice was always spot-on and personalized, with superb excursions, often off the beaten path, that made our experience truly unique. Camille is also always very positive and extremely reassuring, which makes all the difference when traveling far away. The support during the trip was truly outstanding: we regularly received WhatsApp messages beforehand with all the necessary information, which was incredibly reassuring and convenient. A huge thank you to Camille and her entire team, and especially to Anthony, who was also very present on the ground. We highly recommend them! Stephanie

I want to share my experience with BET, as I was using their services throughout my stay in Brazil. Before arrival I was in contact with Vincent, who had lots of ideas and recommendations. We have created a plan, had a long chat and then fine-tuned it. I must admit, everything went to (if not better) the plan. Transfers were super punctual, cars spotless and the driver more than helpful. We used them both in Sao Paulo and Rio. Then there were the trips. All day in Rio with Sascha (who had all the tickets to Christ the Redeemer, Sugar Loaf or Maracana), super nice and educational. Sascha even managed to get us tickets for Copa Libertadores, when they were sold out. Then the next day at Rosinha favela with Erik, another great experience. I speak on behalf of my group, which was 9 guys (who always know better 😀), yet we were genuinely impressed. Finally, Vincent has managed to book tables for us at very popular restaurants (Zaza & Satyricon - both awesome) on Friday and Saturday nights respectively, a task impossible. Not for them apparently. They are not the cheapest, they are the best, if that is what you are after! Thank you guys 👍

The whole team and especially, Dara, who was our main contact from the agency were truly amazing for the very first moment we started planning our Carneval experience in Rio. She helped us find the most suitable tickets for us, she was always available for questions and full of good advices and suggestion. I highly recommend this agency for your Brazil trip!

I had the incredible luck to participate in the Sambodromo as a dancer, thanks to Brazil Exclusive Travels and especially thanks to the amazing help of Antony. He accompanied me through the entire process, finding a hosting samba school last minute, engaging the super talented samba queen Egili to bring me up to speed with the choreography and he ensured on a daily basis that my dance classes, rehearsal, dress, transfer, etc unfolded as planned. All this was done in an incredibly caring and polite manner, which I truly appreciate. The result was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, parading with the best samba dancers in Rio. A truly unforgettable experience!

My experience with Brazil Exclusive Travel was impeccable. I was assisted by Anthony, who patiently attended to all my requests. It was a particularly complex trip, as it involved 16 people during Carnival. Despite my indecisiveness and changes of plan, Anthony always knew how to find quick and effective solutions, providing us with a perfect experience. Thank you very much for the excellent service provided. I will certainly contact you again for my next trip.

Brazil Exclusive Travels made our large group trip absolutely seamless. From the smooth airport transfers and luggage support to a breathtaking yacht rental and custom itinerary, every detail was handled with perfection. Our concierge, Vincent, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process; meeting him in person really showed the company's dedication to their clients. We also had a fantastic experience with our drivers (Daniel, Richard, and Alcimar) who were professional and reliable during our airport transfers and sightseeing tour. We could not have asked for better service! Thank you.

From the moment we started planning our trip to Brazil until we landed back in Miami, we received consistently professional, top-of-the-line service from Felipe Tauile at Brazil Exclusive Travel. Their approach goes beyond a typical travel agency—it’s more like a personal concierge.

Felipe and his team recommended the best possible experiences for our trip, provided clear instructions and timely reminders for each tour, and were always responsive and thorough. You truly feel that Felipe cares about crafting the perfect trip.

I wholeheartedly recommend Felipe and his company for anyone seeking a high-end, seamless, and unforgettable experience in Rio. They are true experts in their field.

I reached out to Brazilian exclusive travel as I was unable to order tickets for a concert for a birthday visit to São Paulo. This happens a lot when booking things if you’re not in or from Brazil but Brazilian exclusive came to the rescue!!! They ordered my tickets and did everything they could to reassure me about safely receiving them! It was a 10/10 for my experience! Quick and efficient, too! Using them to book the rest of my tours and things whilst I am there! 🩷🩷🩷🩷

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Brazil Exclusive Travels! Our Air B&B host suggested we reach out to them on our first trip to Rio, and I'm so glad we did! We were initially connected with Felipe who helped us set up airport transfers, restaurant reservations, VIP club arrangements, excursions, and much more. He was incredibly responsive and gracious in helping me create a fabulous itinerary for our group of 10 celebrating my husband's 50th birthday! While in Rio, Dara took over as our main contact and she was equally as fabulous!

Transfers:
- Our large group traveled comfortably around Rio in a luxury Sprinter van driven by Marcelo and Cecilia. Our airport transfers were seamless and they went out of their way to accommodate last minute changes to our itinerary.

Concierge services:
- Felipe set us up with a personal chef and bartender at our AirB&B, making for a wonderful and warm experience.
- Dara arranged for a massage therapist (Kelly) to come to our AirB&B on very short notice, and she was exceptional!
- Felipe arranged reservations for our large group at two outstanding Michelin Star restaurants in Santa Teresa and Copacabana.
- Felipe and Dara also helped us secure VIP service at a sleek trendy nightclub, and we had a blast!
- We opted to utilize BET's security service to accompany us to and from the nightclub (Isaac) so we felt safe and cared for all night!
- We wanted something special and unique to celebrate my husband's birthday, so Felipe arranged for professional salsa dancers and drummers to greet us at our AirB&B on our last night! What an amazing send-off!

Above and beyond:
- I knew very little about Rio and all it has to offer when I started planning this trip, but Felipe and Dara were more than happy to recommend bars, restaurants, and attractions that suited our needs perfectly. I am still overwhelmed by their responsiveness, kindness, and attention to detail - we simply could not have done without them!

Value:
- I expected this level of service to be way out of my budget but was pleasantly surprised to discover how reasonable everything was! BET's fee structure is very transparent and payment was both easy and secure.

I am beyond grateful to the BET team for their partnership and for helping to make our trip unforgettable! XO!

We were in Paris during Roland Garros and used the transportation services of Brazil Exclusive Travels — and it was simply impeccable! From the first contact, the team was extremely attentive, punctual and professional. The drivers were always friendly, the vehicles were clean, comfortable and prepared for the trips, even with the heavy traffic in the city during the tournament. The logistics to get to and from the event were perfectly organized. Without a doubt, hiring your transportation service made all the difference in our experience and that of our clients in Paris. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, safety and efficiency. We will use your services again on our next trip!

An Unforgettable Experience Thanks to Felipe

My trip to Rio de Janeiro was a dream come true, and I have one person to thank for that: Felipe. From the moment I got in touch with him, I knew I was in good hands. He took care of everything down to the last detail – and that’s no exaggeration.

Carnival at the Sambódromo? Check. Felipe got me the perfect tickets, allowing me to experience the magical parade up close. The energy, the colors, the music – it was an experience I’ll never forget.

An exclusive pool party? Also taken care of. Not a crowded tourist spot, but a stylish, well-organized event where I could truly soak in the Rio vibe.

And then the helicopter ride… What an absolute highlight! Literally and figuratively. The breathtaking views over the city, the beaches, and the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue – I felt like I was in a movie.

What makes Felipe special isn’t just what he arranges, but how he does it. He keeps every promise, is always available, and ensures everything runs smoothly and stress-free. I could fully relax and enjoy myself without worrying about the logistics.

Felipe, I can’t thank you enough for your amazing service. You made my trip to Rio truly unforgettable, and I highly recommend anyone visiting this incredible city to book through you. Obrigado!
