From Paris to Rio de Janeiro
Anthony did not arrive in Brazil by accident. Long before moving to Rio de Janeiro in December 2024, his curiosity about the world had already been shaped by landscapes he had only seen through a television screen.
Growing up in Paris, Anthony spent countless hours watching wildlife documentaries, fascinated by distant places, different cultures, and the raw beauty of nature. The Everglades, the Sahara Desert, the Amazon rainforest – these landscapes sparked something early on. Alongside his passion for history, they created a desire to understand the world not just through books or images, but through experience.
Today, that same curiosity defines the way he works as Guest Relations Manager at Brazil Exclusive Travels.
Before joining the company, Anthony worked as a concierge at the legendary Hôtel de Crillon, one of Paris’ most iconic palace hotels. The experience refined his attention to detail, discretion, and understanding of high-end hospitality, but more importantly, it reinforced his belief that luxury is deeply personal.
Every traveler looks for something different, and creating meaningful experiences requires listening carefully and remaining endlessly curious.
What Anthony Values About Brazil Exclusive Travels
For Anthony, what makes the company special is its constant pursuit of originality.
As Brazil continues to attract more international travelers, he believes the difference lies in staying creative, attentive, and genuinely committed to designing experiences that feel personal rather than standardized.
A Personalized Approach to Luxury Travel
That philosophy naturally connected him with Brazil Exclusive Travels. For Anthony, hospitality is not simply about organization or logistics. It is about understanding people, anticipating details, and creating journeys that feel authentic to each guest.
This mindset also shapes the way he experiences Brazil himself.
Anthony’s Favorite Experience in Brazil
Ask Anthony about one place he recommends to guests, and his answer is surprisingly simple: Ipanema Beach.
Not because it is famous, but because of how it changes throughout the day.
For him, the beauty of Ipanema is not limited to the scenery itself, but to the atmosphere surrounding it. The silence of the early morning, the energy that slowly takes over the beach during the afternoon, the golden light reflecting against the Dois Irmãos mountains at sunset, the slight haze created by the ocean air.
His recommendation is not built around an itinerary or a schedule. It is much more personal than that.
Sit down by the beach. Order a caipirinha or an ice-cold coconut water. Watch the light change. Stay a little longer than planned.
It is a very Parisian way of appreciating Rio.

The Destination That Feels Most Special
Outside Rio, one destination has become especially meaningful to him: Paraty.
Anthony describes the colonial town almost like a living postcard. Walking through its cobblestone streets feels, in his words, like stepping into another era.
Between History and Nature
What truly makes Paraty unforgettable for him is the coastline surrounding it. Small boats drifting between preserved islands, hidden beaches accessible only by sea, quiet coves framed by dense Atlantic rainforest.
It is the combination of history, nature, and privacy that resonates most strongly with him.
For Anthony, Paraty captures a side of Brazil that feels both timeless and deeply connected to nature.
