Are dolphins sightings guaranteed?

No. The dolphins are completely wild, and their movements vary according to natural conditions. Baía dos Golfinhos offers regular observation opportunities, but sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Why does the experience depend on the tide?

Access to Baía dos Golfinhos is made along the beach and becomes restricted as the water rises. The departure and return must therefore be carefully timed around low tide.

Can we swim with the dolphins?

Swimming at the beach may be possible when conditions are safe, but this is not a controlled swim-with-dolphins activity. Visitors must never chase, touch, feed or deliberately approach the animals.

Is the coastal walking difficult?

The walk is generally moderate and follows the beach, but it may involve wet sand, rocks and warm temperatures. Comfortable footwear, drinking water and sun protection are recommended.
