How do you approach a new trip request?

I start by understanding the client’s expectations and constraints. Once that’s clear, I focus on building a structure that makes the trip feel smooth from beginning to end.

What’s the biggest challenge in your role?

Managing timing across multiple services or destinations. When everything is well-coordinated, the client doesn’t notice it, but it requires a lot of planning behind the scenes.

What do clients appreciate the most?

Clarity. Knowing what to expect, when things happen, and feeling that everything is under control.

What do you pay the most attention to?

Transitions. Moving from one place to another, from one activity to the next. That’s where a trip can either feel smooth or stressful.
