I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Brazil Exclusive Travels! Our Air B&B host suggested we reach out to them on our first trip to Rio, and I'm so glad we did! We were initially connected with Felipe who helped us set up airport transfers, restaurant reservations, VIP club arrangements, excursions, and much more. He was incredibly responsive and gracious in helping me create a fabulous itinerary for our group of 10 celebrating my husband's 50th birthday! While in Rio, Dara took over as our main contact and she was equally as fabulous! Transfers: - Our large group traveled comfortably around Rio in a luxury Sprinter van driven by Marcelo and Cecilia. Our airport transfers were seamless and they went out of their way to accommodate last minute changes to our itinerary. Concierge services: - Felipe set us up with a personal chef and bartender at our AirB&B, making for a wonderful and warm experience. - Dara arranged for a massage therapist (Kelly) to come to our AirB&B on very short notice, and she was exceptional! - Felipe arranged reservations for our large group at two outstanding Michelin Star restaurants in Santa Teresa and Copacabana. - Felipe and Dara also helped us secure VIP service at a sleek trendy nightclub, and we had a blast! - We opted to utilize BET's security service to accompany us to and from the nightclub (Isaac) so we felt safe and cared for all night! - We wanted something special and unique to celebrate my husband's birthday, so Felipe arranged for professional salsa dancers and drummers to greet us at our AirB&B on our last night! What an amazing send-off! Above and beyond: - I knew very little about Rio and all it has to offer when I started planning this trip, but Felipe and Dara were more than happy to recommend bars, restaurants, and attractions that suited our needs perfectly. I am still overwhelmed by their responsiveness, kindness, and attention to detail - we simply could not have done without them! Value: - I expected this level of service to be way out of my budget but was pleasantly surprised to discover how reasonable everything was! BET's fee structure is very transparent and payment was both easy and secure. I am beyond grateful to the BET team for their partnership and for helping to make our trip unforgettable! XO!

Honestly, we had best experience ever. From start to the end. Starting with Felipe who was so available and was so patient with me, to Anthony who made sure we found the place okay and got all the details from us. He made sure we got on the boat safe and the boat ride was everything!! Let me tell you, the barbecue was the best one we ever had, the views breathtaking. The guide and driver arrived always on time, theyp were extremly polite,attentive and courteous. Tatiana, the guide was perfect, showed and told everything that could be done in just 2 days. It helped a lot that the driver always dropped us off at the closest location and waited us, as well as fast pass entrance tickets to important places. Overall it was a wonderful experience, just as we had imagined. Thanks to everyone who participated in the organisation and implementation. I recommend the office to everyone, they were very fair. The rent also includes the support of the concierge service of Brazil Exclusive Travels. Our concierge was Felipe Tauile and I would like to emphasise his excellent and professional service. We had many questions and concerns and he always got back to us immediately via WhatsApp, although this was certainly not always easy due to the time difference (we live in Europe). It seems that he is working day and night... Thanks to Felipe's support, organising our stay in Rio was much easier. Felipe gave us lots of tips and suggestions, he puts his heart and soul into his job, nothing was too much for him. He organised a transfer, made Restaurant reservations etc..
